My baby finally naps longer than 20 minutes and I think the arms-up position is why. The 1.0 TOG cotton is breathable enough for our warm nursery, and he can actually get his hands to his mouth to settle himself back down.

The double zipper makes midnight diaper changes so much easier than the old blanket swaddles we fought with. My daughter keeps her arms up and actually self-soothes now, which means two extra hours of sleep for me. The cotton is breathable but still warm enough for our 68-degree nursery.

The zip-up design is definitely easier than wrestling with a traditional blanket swaddle, and the 1.0 TOG cotton feels soft enough for mild nights. That said, my baby still manages to wiggle one arm loose by morning, so it hasn't been the magic sleep fix I was hoping for.
